Topher Anderson
Director of Programs & Operations
Topher Anderson is the Director of Programs & Operations for the Indiana Conservative Alliance for Energy (ICAE). In his position, Topher advances common-sense, market-based policy solutions to build a cleaner, more reliable, and affordable energy grid.
Topher is a strong believer in the importance of a vibrant civic society within our constitutional republic. He began his career as a Governor’s fellow for Governor Eric Holcomb. Afterwards, he spent seven years raising funds and organizing at the grassroots level for national common-sense energy and environmental policy. He worked with the Office of U.S. Senator Mike Braun to support the launch of the bipartisan Climate Solutions Caucus in the U.S. Senate, and support the broadly bipartisan passage of Senator Braun’s Growing Climate Solutions Act.
Topher received his Master’s from Indiana University and his bachelor’s degree from Marian University. He is animated by his Catholic faith, specifically the desire to steward God’s creation and people’s prosperity. He is a proud husband and father of two who spends his free time reading, hiking, or playing the banjo.
