Wisconsin Conservative Energy Forum Executive Director
Ryan Huebsch brings extensive knowledge of Wisconsin government as a new member of the WISCEF team. Ryan joins the other members of the team working to support the mission of promoting clean energy innovation rooted in conservative values.
Prior to joining WISCEF, Ryan worked as a legislative assistant in the offices of Wisconsin State Senator Eric Wimberger and for then-Majority Leader, now Congressman Scott Fitzgerald. He was campaign manager for State Senator Dan Kapanke and most recently was the 2022 Republican candidate for the Wisconsin State Assembly in the 94th District in Western Wisconsin. Additionally, Ryan has worked for two prestigious firms who represent clients in the state Capitol. His knowledge of the legislative process and key personnel in the Capitol will prove valuable as WISCEF brings an ambitious agenda to the new legislative session.
Ryan is a lifelong resident of La Crosse County, having been born in Onalaska and raised in West Salem. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science for the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where he graduated with honors. Ryan is a golfer and avid outdoorsman who enjoys the varied sporting opportunities of his native western Wisconsin.
