Ryan Carrigan

Policy & Program Senior Manager

Ryan brings more than 20 years of public policy experience, including the past five years focused exclusively on energy policy and infrastructure. He has extensive expertise in land use, real estate, permitting, and zoning, and continues to advise several local townships on planning and development matters.

Ryan holds a graduate degree in Applied Economics and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Kalamazoo College. Outside of  work, he enjoys sailing on Lake Michigan, fly fishing in northern Michigan, and hiking with his dogs.
