Rachel Stuckey

Executive Director

Rachel Stuckey is the Executive Director of the Minnesota Conservative Energy Forum (MnCEF), where she leads the organization’s efforts to promote conservative clean energy solutions and foster economic growth across Minnesota. With a strong background in politics, government relations, and program management, Rachel brings a comprehensive understanding of policy development, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership to her role.

Prior to becoming Executive Director, Rachel served as MnCEF’s Director of Programs & Operations, where she oversaw strategic initiatives and strengthened partnerships across the state. Her leadership helped expand MnCEF’s reach and impact in advancing market-driven energy solutions.

A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communication Studies and her career spans both private and public sectors. She has served as key legislative staff, managed statewide operations for a successful coordinated field campaign, and worked with a wide range of clients in private practice, providing expertise in issue research, legislative monitoring, event planning, and association management.
