Nick Cain

Nicholas L. Cain is SOLARCYCLE’s Director of Government Affairs, where he works to promote state and federal policies that support a circular economy. Prior to joining SOLARCYCLE, Nick worked as an energy program evaluation consultant providing analysis and insights to clients including the California Energy Commission, Pacific Gas & Electric, and the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority. He holds a PhD in Environmental Policy Analysis from Claremont Graduate University and an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University.
