Michael M. Geiselhart is an accomplished public policy leader with extensive experience driving legislative strategy at the intersection of emerging technology and critical infrastructure. He has
spent over a decade translating technical complexity into actionable policy across federal executive agencies, the U.S. Congress, and the global private sector.

A Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native, Michael’s passion for energy policy is deeply rooted in his family’s long history of service with the Department of Energy (DOE). This personal dedication drove his career back to public service, where he directed legislative and congressional support for high-profile federal agencies, including the DOE and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Most recently, Michael served as a global policy architect in the private sector, designing and executing comprehensive regulatory roadmaps across federal, state, and international markets. In this capacity, he acted as the primary liaison to policy leaders, successfully drafting and
negotiating crucial legislative amendments to navigate high-scrutiny regulatory environments. His foundational experience includes serving as a Legislative Aide in the U.S. House of
Representatives, where he managed a diverse policy portfolio spanning Energy, Homeland Security, and Science & Technology issues while coordinating activities for key congressional
committees.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College. When not focused on energy policy and regulatory strategy, Michael enjoys coaching youth soccer, managing player development, and spending time outdoors.
