Director of Communications

Joanna Lewis serves as the Director of Communications for the Conservative Energy Network (CEN), where she develops and leads strategic communication efforts that promote clean energy from a conservative perspective. She works closely with state coalitions and national partners to create messaging that highlights the economic, national security, and conservation benefits of renewable energy. Joanna is dedicated to ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication across CEN’s growing network.

A Michigan native and Michigan State University graduate, Joanna combines her passion for strategic messaging, graphic design, and issue advocacy in her work. She is also a proud grammar enthusiast, known for her unwavering commitment to the Oxford comma.
