Diane Cain

Diane serves as the Human Resources Manager at CEN, where she is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping create a workplace where people feel supported, informed, and truly valued. With more than 25 years of HR experience, including many years in the fast-paced media and newspaper industry, most recently supporting journalists at USA Today, she brings both deep expertise and a people-first approach to her work. Her background includes benefit administration, employee relations, HR systems, and operational HR leadership.

Diane cares deeply about fostering positive employee experiences and a strong, connected culture. Outside of work, she is active in her church and enjoys time with family and friends, whether that means exploring mountain trails or unwinding by the beach.
